3. Subscription & Payments
- Trimsor operates on paid subscription plans
- Pricing, billing cycles, and features are shown at purchase
- Failed or late payments may result in service suspension
- Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
4. Responsibility for Customer Data
Business users agree that:
- They are responsible for customer data collected through their operations
- They must obtain appropriate consent from customers
- They must comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws
Trimsor is not responsible for how businesses use customer data outside the platform.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Trimsor for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to disrupt or damage the platform
- Upload malicious code or software
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Violate intellectual property rights
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in Trimsor’s software, branding, and design belong to Trimsor. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform.

8. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or technical issues may result in temporary downtime.

- Subscription payments are overdue
- Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
Users may cancel subscriptions according to their plan terms.
10. Limitation of Liability

- Missed appointments or scheduling issues
- Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user during the most recent subscription period.
11. Indemnification
Business users agree to indemnify and hold Trimsor harmless from claims arising from misuse of customer data, business operations, or violations of laws or regulations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
